7 Did
you know that we minister out of who we are? The baggage we carry is
revealed through our ministry.
7 Are
you a pastor or associate minister running on empty? Don’t miss
Friday’s special session.
7 Are
you a pastor
who desires for
your ministerial staff to better
understand how to flow more effectively as a team? Then, bring them
to the special ministers’ session.
7 Is
your house in order?
You
will
leave with a wealth of information to help bring order to your
church office. We will answer such questions as:
7 I'm
an associate minister at my church and frequently left in charge,
can I be held liable if the church is sued?
7 The
church secretary and her brother
(the
church trustee) count the
money, deposit it into the bank, and then the secretary inputs it
into the computer. Is this good internal control?
7 What
are common risk factors churches must be aware of?
7 Our
church was just assessed huge penalties and fees for failing to
report income paid to a couple of foreign ministers we had to
minister in our church in 2009. What form were we supposed to use?
7 We
issue our pastor,
associate ministers
and musician
1099’s. Is that the
correct?
7Is it true that as a board member I can be held personal
liable for misclassifying an employee as a contractor?
7 I
worked as a church secretary for 5 years and was recently laid off,
but when I tried to collect unemployment I was told I wasn’t
eligible. Why?
7 Our senior pastor was
audited by IRS and has been ordered to pay $85,000 in back taxes and
fines. In addition, they ruled that the church was his "alter
ego" and is ordering the church to pay. The church appealed and
lost. Why?
7 IRS
just assessed our Senior Pastor and Board with $100,000 in fines and
penalties for employment taxes they have to pay themselves, not the
church.
Why?
7 I’m
an associate minister at my church and frequently left in charge,
can I be held liable if the church is sued?
7 Our
church was just assessed penalties and fees for failing to report
income paid to a couple of foreign ministers we had to minister in
our church in 2009. What form were we supposed to file?
7 We
sold souvenir booklets and dinners for our church anniversary in
2010 and the IRS just penalized us $8,000 for UBIT? What is that?
This is not a preaching
workshop and neither is it a sales pitch but a training workshop.
You will receive valuable training, unlike any other.
Come and be strengthened, revived, and ready
to move forward in ministry.
Receive answers to your questions and acquire useful information to help you excel in your role
as a pastor, ministry assistant—including board
members, church secretaries, financial secretaries, church
administrators, elders, deacons, and more!

the Holy Spirit
A one-day workshop to help to enhance your understanding of the
gifts of the Holy Spirit and their operations.
|
| |
|
| Product Description |
"Now
concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you
ignorant. Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.
And there are differences of administrations but the same Lord. And
there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which
worketh all in all. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to
every man to profit withal." I Cor. 12:1, 4-7
Do you know that before Jesus ascended on high He gave gifts unto
men? (Eph 4). Also in Corinthians and Romans we are instructed of
others gifts that God has imparted into us to aid us in expanding
the kingdom and meeting the needs of others.
However, do we know them when we see them?
Do we know how stir the gifts inside of us?
Do we understand their operation?
This workshop walks you through body ministry, aiding you in
understanding the purpose and operations of the gifts of the Holy
Spirit as well as how to flow in the gift(s) God has imparted in
you. |

| Product Description |
“I beseech you, brethren, by the
name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and
that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly
joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.”
I
Corinthians 1:10
It is often said "one man armies never win battles."
Regardless how anointed or gifted an individual is, throughout the
bible we are reminded that we are many members but one body and God
calls us to unity.
No matter how great the vision, a lack of unity can hamper, if
not abort the vision. It is sad to say, but many churches have an
awesome vision but because of members not knowing how to flow
together as one, they are not able to reach their fullest
potential.
"Becoming One, Team Building Within the Church", is
an interactive one-day workshop geared at equipping your church
members to become one so that they flow together in the same mind
and in the same judgment. Your members will learn how move
from storming to performing. From the ministerial staff to the
choir, this workshop will touch all your departments and compel them
to move forward with the church's vision.
God has given Prophetess Pamela Smith an anointing to bring unity
where there is strife and confusion. In her unique, soul
stirring teaching, Pam ministers a word that will help equip your
members to become an anointed team with a goal to expand the
kingdom.
Topics Covered:
-
Laying the Foundation
-
Choosing the Team
-
Catching and Running with the Vision

A Sense of Belonging
-
Submission to Authority
-
I am My Brother's Keeper
-

Truly effective ministry is only achieved when we labor together
to blend our differing gifts to impact the Kingdom in a way that can
only be obtained through teamwork.
